Nunhead Community Choir
Nunhead Community Choir is a fun, friendly group that just loves to sing. Our songs include pop classics, show tunes and folk songs from all around the world, the majority arranged by our young and talented musical director, Ben Swan. We’re a very mixed group with people from all walks of life and every level of ability. We’re not a classical choir, we’re not a church choir – we’re a community choir. You don’t need any training, experience or the ability to read music. The only rule is that you have to want to sing!
We meet and practise from 7.30 (warm up at 7.45pm) – 9.30 every Thursday evening during term times at Ivydale School and perform at all sorts of local events.

We’ve had lots of new members join up already, impressed by their first taster rehearsal, which is great to hear.
We will always welcome new members so please get in touch if you want to join us, it’s never too late and there’s always a very warm welcome.
