December gigs, parties and whatnot…

We’ve got a few seasonal engagements this year, where we’ll be trying out our new Christmas song, and a few old favourites as well as the usual carols.

Thursday 12 December

6:15pm – 7:15pm – Peckham Square Sing

We’ll be serenading councillors and the good folk of Peckham with about 45 minutes of carols and Christmas favourites, led by Richard. Meet on Peckham Square at 6:15pm.

8:00pm – whenever – Choir Social at the Waverley Arms

There will be beer. There will be Karaoke. There will be sandwiches because Claire has definitely ordered them this time. Partners, friends, and old friends of the choir are all welcome to come along and sing their hearts out and have a fantastic time.

Saturday 14 December

2:30pm £3 Xmas Bazaar – Salvation Army Hall and Nunhead Green

We’re doing a 20 minute gig on Nunhead Green; a mix of favourite numbers and Christmas songs.

The Bazaar starts at 12 midday, and finishes at 6pm, with lots of stalls, food, drink and music, so a great place to stock up on Christmas gifts and stocking fillers.

Depending on numbers, theremay be a little impromptu carolling outside the shops around the Green after the gig.

About Sarah Slade

Middle-aged, middle-sized and reluctantly middle-class eLearning designer, based in London. Wife to Mr Perfect, Mother of Little Miss Perfect. I write a lot of technical bollocks for a living, and as a consequence am very lazy about writing for myself. I occasionally write my own blog about living in London and sometimes I’ll find something interesting to say about my professional life. I sew a bit, I sing very averagely with an excellent jazz choir, and play a terrible game of badminton.
